Description: The building program includes the University's primary data center, offices for the Information Technology Department, a 30-person seminar-style training lab, and 4,500 square feet of workshop spaces used for assembly and maintenance of the University's IT and AV equipment. The design employs numerous sustainable design strategies including heating the building with waste heat circulated from the data center. Interior design services include furniture selection and procurement. In-house civil site design services for the 3-acre site include drives, parking areas, sidewalks, utilities and site grading.
