Description: A new 15,000 square foot, three-story clubhouse for Ballantrae Golf Course. The main floor of the building houses a large meeting and dining facility, member and guest locker areas, and pro shop. The upper level includes conference rooms, administrative offices, and the regional offices of the PGA. Cart storage is provided in the lower level for 68 carts. Exterior materials include both rough and cut stone, wood timber, and stucco. Ancillary buildings include: starter shack, restroom pavilions, and turret which encloses an irrigation pump building that serves as a visual focal point for several of the fairways.
