Description: Located on the new Saugahatchee Lake Complex's 11-acre campus,  the 8 MGD water treatment facility  includes conventional mixing and flocculation, high-rate sedimentation basins, an 18,000 square foot membrane filtration and chemical storage and feed building, disinfection contact basin and clearwell, onsite generation of sodium hypochlorite for disinfection, a finished water pumping station, administration space, maintenance facilities and a new state-of-the-art laboratory.  A new raw water intake and pumping station is located on the 415-acre water supply reservoir.
