Description: A new two-story, 10,800 square foot administrative office building includes a crew meeting room and equipment storage area on the lower floor; and laboratory, break room, locker rooms and operator offices on the upper level. Both levels are entered from grade due to the sloping site. A 3,100 square foot maintenance building includes equipment storage, three maintenance bays and an equipment shop. Additional structures on the site include a generator building and pumping stations.
